These terms govern your use of InvoiceTT, operated by Mindelo AI. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

InvoiceTT lets you create, send and track invoices and quotes. We offer a free plan with a monthly invoice limit and a paid Pro plan with additional features. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. The invoices and business data you create are yours; you are responsible for their accuracy and for complying with any tax or legal obligations they relate to.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown in Trinidad & Tobago dollars (TTD). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You may not use InvoiceTT for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, to send abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Availability & liability

We work to keep InvoiceTTavailable and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindelo AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Keep your own records of important invoices.

Changes & contact
