Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account data — your email address and password (passwords are stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Business & invoice data — the business profile, clients, items, invoices and quotes you create in the app.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription status.
• Usage data — basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the service (creating and tracking your invoices), to process subscription payments, to send transactional email such as account confirmation, password resets and optional overdue reminders, and to keep the service secure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run InvoiceTT: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting) and our email provider for transactional messages. Each processes data only on our behalf.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by emailing mindeloai@gmail.com.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
